Manchester Home Care Service provides home-based healthcare services including but not limited to: 24/7 caretaker services, professional home nursing, medical equipment rental, and specialized daily support across Chhattisgarh. Service availability may vary by location and demand.

3. Service Engagement

• Services are initiated upon mutual agreement between the client and Manchester Home Care Service.
• A care assessment may be conducted before service commencement to determine appropriate care plans.
• Service schedules, caretaker assignments, and care plans may be adjusted based on patient needs.
• Clients must provide accurate medical and personal information for effective care delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are communicated before engagement and are subject to the type of service, duration, and specific requirements. Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement. Equipment rental fees are charged on a daily basis as quoted.

5. Equipment Rental Terms

• Rented equipment remains the property of Manchester Home Care Service.
• Clients are responsible for the care and proper use of rented equipment.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
• Equipment must be returned in clean condition upon service termination.
• Security deposits may be required for high-value equipment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe working environment for our caretakers and nurses, provide accurate medical information, respect assigned staff, and provide timely notice (at least 24 hours) for cancellations or schedule changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manchester Home Care Service provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any adverse health outcomes that result from pre-existing conditions, non-compliance with medical advice, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Manchester Home Care Service reserves the right to discontinue services if terms are violated, payment is overdue, or the working environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai/Durg, Chhattisgarh.
